Email Fetching Issue- Service Desk Application From Exchange 2007

 Hi,

We are using AdventNet ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus  7.5.0. Recently we are facing issues with email fetching of Service Desk Application from Exchange 2007 Hub server. The issue is with the error while configuring the POP mail server settings.

The error says " FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occured while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox".

I'm able to telnet to the exchange server from the Service Desk Server, telnet to port 110 (POP), use the user id and password which gives a successful login. I have tried to call on the number which you have mentioned, but unfortunately couldnt reach you. Kindly help us with a suitable solution at the earliest.
