Email fetching issue
Hello,
We are using ServiceDesk Plus version: 7.0.0 Build 7018. I know that past service packs were supposed to fix issues with email fetching getting stopped but we still continue to have this issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I have contacted support, but they were not very helpful with offering a solid resolution. The points presented were vague. I look forward to a response.
