Email Fetching Errors

Roughly 3 weeks ago our Servicedesk Plus system stopped successfully fetching emails. We use Office 365 as our email provider, and at the time it started saying 'Unknown Error' occurred. At the time we were running version 14.3 and could not find any issues with our email settings.

After performing a software upgrade to the latest version we now get the error 'Mailbox is not accessible : Incorrect Username or Password'. We are using oauth for authentication and have verified that the Client ID, Client Secret, Authorization URL, Token URL, and Scope are all valid and correct. Yet we still get 'incorrect username or password' errors. I'm at a loss as to where to go from here and am hoping that someone out there might be able to point us towards a solution
