We are getting the following error in System Logs:

Info in email fetching

Server started at : Fri Feb 05 07:00:41 CST 2010.  Current time is : Fri Feb 05 07:41:19 CST 2010, which is less than 1 hour from server start time.  Hence not checking mail checker for this time.
