Email Fetching and Network Scan
Yesterday we ran a network scan to scan for assets. While we were doing that, email fetching stopped working. Once the scan was over the email fetching started working again. We booted the server anyway just to be safe, and now the emails we are fetching are creating duplicate tickets. Each email is creating 2 identical tickets with different ID #.
Any ideas what may be causing this to happen?
