Our HR department needs to notify our training department when a certain type of new employee is hired.

I already have successfully setup a request custom trigger which sends the notification.

However, the data fields are very limited and we cannot select the variable values that we need to communicate to the training department.

According to ME support, this is by design.

Does anyone have any creative suggestions on how we can send email notifications to another department (they are not technicians in SDP and don't need to be) while accessing the full range of variables?

Maybe via API calls or something else?
