Hi everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with job requests displaying the subject line but not the body of an email which has been sent to service desk manageengine. This only happens when the email is sent from an Outlook client (we also run lotus notes and this is fine).

Has anyone experienced this before and what was the fix?
