I would like to ask you if is anyone who can help me with the problem below:

I should create 2 steps of the email confirmation for:

- Create Users

- Reset Password

- Modify Users

As for the Unlock Users, I need one step of the email confirmation where one person and others to know that this user has done the unlock .
