Email Commands not working
Hi all - So we have set the @@@ and @ as email command parsers that help create automatic tickets. It was working until we upgraded to ServiceDesk Plus and now it no longer recognizes the parameter REQUESTEREMAIL.
You will notice that even though the ticket contains the parameter information the "requester name" is not set automatically to the email command.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
