Email Commands - Included in email to create a ticket?
I am trying to understand Email Commands a little better and see if I'm trying to use the right thing. I have Power Automate sending a notification email to the email address our SDP fetches from. I would like to have that picked up and a ticket generated, with pre-defined attributes.
Can email commands be used in this notification email to define those attributes, such as template, category, subcategory, item, group, etc?
In my testing, I was not able to get this to work as I envision, and it occurred to me that perhaps email commands are not meant to be used this way.
