Email based sms profiles
I have tried to set up this alert function but when I receive the sms I do not get detailed info. Instead I get something like this:
Server down (What server??)
Message: The server is down for the past 3 hours (OK thats fine)
The pending alarms as on :Sat Apr 02 06:59:29 EST 2011 (OK date and time)
Category: Server (OK its a server)
Severity: Crit (OK its critical)
I would like to know what am I doing wrong or haven't setup properly to get the device name that is having the issue and possible what the issue might be such as Interface is down or CPU is high etc.
