Email based sms not working
We are using OpManager 6.0 Build 6011 on a Windows 2003 Standard Server SP1 and actual patches.
We would like to send an email based sms (using Lotus Domino) for alarm escalation to a Vodafone Blackberry.
When I try to send a test message from the "Mail server settings" page, I recieve an sms on this device.
When I try to generate an alarm i.e. stopping a service with the notification profile assigned, no sms is recieved. In the mail server routing protocolls I can see that this email has been send to Vodafone but no sms is recieved on the blackberry.
I tried to configure every possible notification to send an sms, but every time an alert is generated I dond't recieve a sms on this device.
Any idea?
