[SOLVED] SD-70781 - Email attachments when emailing ServiceDesk
Hi,
It has come to my attention that when we email the ServiceDesk and attach an email to the original email, it does not appear as an attachment in the SR that is created. Instead, it puts the entire body of the attached email into the actual SR which we do not want. Is this an intentional feature change? Is there any way to revert back?
