email attachment for ServiceDesk Plus + view issue


When viewing requests, I select multiple requests and click "edit requests". I get the window and I can change the group, subgroup, technician etc when I click save there are no changes to the jobs.
 
If I do this same method to one job it works. There seems to be a problem when doing it to multiple.
 

The Other issue is when staff sent an email with attachment
Adventnet receives the email without any attachment.

Any suggestion how to fix these two issue?
