When we get a new email asking for help - Is it possible to make it
where people get an email if they dont put in a minimum description? For example when we get an email
with a very little description of the problem to email the requester back with a generic
message “I’m sorry the problem description was not complete, can you describe
the problem in more detail”.
We dont use the portal - our users email for assistance.
Can we create a custom function that would check the number of characters in the description field and then send an email if the character count in the description field was less than 10 for example.
