Email alert information

Hi,

We are facing an interesting issue with the the body of the messages generated with alerts. We need to know the Root Cause of the issue. There is a variable that has this information, but given the way we have our system configured, the contents isn't what we need.

We have a group that has several monitors. We have an alert configured a t the group level that has the mail action associated. When the error happens the root cause is always that there is a monitor en error, but we don't have visibility of the root cause analysis of the attribute of the monitor that caused the error.

Is there an alternative way to get this info?

Also, we would like to have a URL in the body of the message that links to the page of the monitor in error. Can this be generated?
