Email Alert for Priority 1 Ticket

Email Alert for Priority 1 Ticket

Everyone,

When Priority 1 tickets are logged, I want an email to go to a ServiceDesk Group, or an email address.

 

I can see how to assign a P1 ticket to a group, but I can’t see how to create the email.  I’ve looked in Business Rules and in Notifications.

 

Any help?
