Email alert action does not contain root cause data
Hi,
We have recently built a new Applications Manager server and I have just set up alarms for all the monitors (NOT at the monitor group level) but when we receive an email notification we do not get the full details we just get told that it meets for example "security error alert" rule.
We previously got advised with our last build that we should configure the alarms on a monitor by monitor basis and not on the groups, which this time I have followed but we are still having the same problem.
Can you help?
