This might be a feature request, however just in case there's something we can tweak in the system, I'll post here.
The Email screen within SD+ has an auto complete option. Which is �quite� handy, however we are finding a few issues with the it.
1. The drop down selection contains AD users and customers so the list excessively large. 2. Adding more that one recipient to list is quite awkward because SD+ doesn�t add a separator. 3. Back to point 1, we feel that there is a very high risk of a technician accidentally selecting a customer instead of an internal member of staff!!! Some serious data protection issues here!!
We would therefore like to turn auto complete off and use a classic outlook style recipient selection box which separated out internal staff and customers.
Do you have another email interface we can use or is there an option somewhere in the backend that will help us?
It�s worth noting whilst I�m mentioning email and customers: Under British law there must be a facility to within software like SD+ that allows us to exclude/opt out customers from receiving communications. Currently this is not available in SD+
