Either you haven't provided the silent switches or the silent switches are incorrect

Deploying MS Office 2013, received the message "Either you haven't provided the silent switches or the silent switches are incorrect" on 4 out of the 30 computers in the distribution. The other 26 installed the same package without a problem.
