We are having trouble with printer monitoring with our Xerox DocuColor D242. it has a built in EFI Fiery. when we setup the monitoing the supply levels seam to report totaly randomly. one second it shows a toner level at 10% then it jumps to 50% then down to 3% then up to 1200%. it will do this for all supplys on the printer. any advice?
