Editing a field causes request to become bold

Editing a field causes request to become bold

Edit any of the quick-edit items in the request. Then when you look at that case in the listview, it shows up as bold, inferring that the engineer responsible for that case should look at it.

It should not do that, or if anything, it should not do that when the engineer that is assigned to the case makes the change. perhaps only when the customer makes a change to one of those fields from their interface.
