Editing $requestlink to add FQDN
Forgive me if this has been documented somewhere already, I haven't been able to find it.
How might I edit the $requestlink that is sent when a ticket is opened to add the FQDN? We are testing out ServiceDesk, and it is on a test domain of ours, and when demoing it to our director we want to be able to show them that without having to type it in. We want to be able to just click the link.
I looked through the directory structure, but not sure where to actually look.
