Hi,

when I open created ticket, on the right bottom side I have requester data, is any way from this view to edit this tab and enter most important information for my like requester IP, or it's hostname (I created this field)?

Or maybe is any way to add my custom created fields -  IP or hostname to global request template and make it as necessary?
