Edit contrracts and new SLA
Hi!
Contract: Why cant I attach a new file when I edit a existing contract?
SLA: SLA is really great, as many other companys we dont have a resolution time, we just got that like:
Have to answer the requester whiten an hour if its critic
and whit normal priority we have to answer whiten 8h
and so on.
Is it any why to make this work?
