EC incorrectly reporting Agent Version
When we did our EC update to 10.1.2228.20 the agent on the computers correctly updated to 10.1.2228.20w. However some devices that were offline did not take the updated agent the next time they hit our network.
To fix this I went to the Agent tab in EC. Filtered out all devices that were not on the new agent yet, and then did the "Install Agent" option. My assumption is it would install it on the devices it could but that the offline devices would still report the old version. However it's now reporting that we are at 100% on the new agent and I know that's not true. So it's reporting back a false positive.
