EC Database Corruption

Hi
I'm having a weird issue
I'm using the internal PostgreSQL engine
The database of my latest Endpoint Central (build 11.4.2528.10) has been corrupted

1. Some of the functions do not show
2. Some give me access denied, although I'm using the admin user
3. Some do not work

Attached are pictures of some of the issues
e.g., the maintenance par always shown, I can't find the setting to disable it. 
e.g., the server does not sync with AD, and I have to sync it manually, and even when I do this, it does not get the new devices or delete the deleted ones
e.g., It does not sync the update DB, although I have enabled the auto update.
e.g., when trying to access a policy in device control, it gives me this error
 
I tried to migrate to MSSQL so the DB gets recreated again, and only the data gets migrated, but it gave me an error while migrating
I tried to restore from 2 previous backups, but it appears it still has the same issue. I suspect that the corruption happened earlier.

I can't redeploy the server or restore from an older version because I use it as MDM too, and the mobile devices will have to be rejoined again, and unfortunately, it's out of reach.

Does anyone encounter issues like this
What do I have to do or upload to show the issue more clearly?
