Easy User Access to Monitors and Thresholds

Just a suggestion.
1.While configuring device templates, would be nice to include Filters - If CPU >= 75 , WARNING, Alert - TechA@xyz.com,If CPU=65,MAJOR, Alert - TechB@xyz.com etc
2. List View can have more options from Quick Config Wizard, rather than using Quick Config Wizard for One to Many, List View can have all the options Many to Many.
3. Is there a way to save a device configured with all the monitors, thresholds, windows services, custom monitors and then copy/past the setting to all system all together.
