We were trying to assign a technician to a group the other day & for some reason in the particular area we were in, instead of getting the complete list of technicians, we were being presented with the default list of technicians.

 

What became apparent after a lot of searching through the admin icons & help files is that there appears to be no easy way to change default groups / technicians / behaviours.

 

Could this be implemented as an extra little group of icons in the admin area?
