E-mails
We are testing this product and have found that when the system sends emails out we get:
This is an acknowledgement mail for your request. Your request has been created with id 10. The title of the request is : Test Help ticket. The status of the request can be tracked at http://HOBBES:8080/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=10 .
Please get back to us for any further clarifications.

We would like to have the link as HTML link so the users don't need to cut and paste into a browser. We are using outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. This is occuring in all the emails the system sends out.
