E-mail when add a note
When the support rep add a note the contact does not recive an mail.
But when the contact add a note the support rep recive a note.
We have checked the check box "Show this notes to Contact also"
In the contact note there is an
check box"E-mail the support rep for notes addition "
Can we make a check box with "E-mail the contact for notes addition"???
