E-mail Template "Notifying technician when a note is added" (HTTP Status 500 ERROR)

I have a problem with SDP 8.0
 
When I try to customize template E-mail Template "Notifying technician when a note is added" I get a HTTP Status 500 ERROR) look at the attached screenshot...
 
Is this a known problem? And what can I do?
