E-mail technician when a request is appended by reply template

Have these been altered?
 
Before the upgrade to SDP 8.0 when SDP sent out 'request is appended' emails is contained the information that had been added to the request which saves a huge amount of time having to check the tickets each time just to find out there is no action to take.
 
I have had a look at the template and there does not appear to be a way to add the required infomation....
