Good afternoon,
We'd like our technicians to be notified when a note is added to a request. There is an option to customize the template for this notification under Notification Rules, as seen below:
However this notification is not being sent, we're not receiving any e-mails when notes are added to a request. Hopefully I'm just missing a setting somewhere, but I can't seem to find how to trigger this notification, only how to customize the template.
The only time we receive a notification is if the technician is mentioned in the note, but then it uses the template at the bottom of the screenshot above.
We're on build 14503.
