E-Mail Notifications No Longer Work after Service Pack 1
Hello! I have written this message to your support.opmanager.com site already, but I haven't gotten any response back yet, not even a 'we'll look into it' message, so I thought I'd try it here.
I applied Service Pack 1 to my Opmanager 6 a week or so ago. Everything seemed to be running ok but then I noticed that I wasn't receiving any E-Mail Alarm notifications any longer. I checked the E-mail settings, everything looks ok, and the test even works. So I tried creating a new Notification Profile and assigned it to a device, still nothing.
Please help! I have already sent you a Support Information File, please reference Request ID : 77597
