The field Service Category appears to be difficult to set either by parser or by template.  Everything I do to set it via the email using @@SERVICECATEGORY=x@@ fails and even if I use a template with it set, that fails to set it.

 

Is there any way to set the Service Category with a e-mail ticket and template?
