E-Mail Command Function in Mail Server Settings
Hi,
Just a quick question. Does anyone know how to add comments into a ticket via an E-mail update ? We're enabled the E-Mail Command function and can update a ticket....but we'd like to add comments in the ticket, not update any actual field. Any ideas ?
