When I use @XXXX@ in the subject, after parsing this is delete from the subject.

When I use @@status=xxx@@ then he doens't delete this from the body. Is this normal.

When I use the @@resolution=XXX@@ he just give me a link to the template and doesn't show the text of the template in the resolution. Is this normal.
