E-mail and scanning...no worky...

Trying out MESD, and love its promising functionality, but...

E-mail configuration consistently fails to authenticate, every time.

Network and Windows domain scans never authenticate. WMI and DCOM are all enabled. WMI queries are capable of being ran from both the MESD server and the workstation I use to access MESD via the web. But every time I scan a system that will respond in every other way/method, I get:

FAILURE : Either access denied for the user or the remote DCOM option might be disabled in the workstation.

Although I'm an admin, WMI is enabled, remote DCOM is functioning normally, and I can manage and do whatever I want with this system, manually.

I need also to clarify the "username" field in both the Windows and Network scans. Should this be in the "domain/username" format?

Like I said, love the product, but if the scans and e-mail aren't working, it's usefulness is just out of our reach.
