What is the expected format of trouble ticket received by e-mail? In other words what should be the structure of the e-mail message? For example, what should be in the subject? Who should be the sender? Should the e-mail message have a special header and/or footer?

I am asking because a customer is thinking of using the Adventnet service desk application and would like our real-time management and support software to generate alerts sent to the Adventnet service desk for automated toruble ticket generation.
