e-mail alarms better description

1rstly I have to say this program is amazing, is really work well I am very impressed.
I am fairly new to snmp/mibs enviroment, I have a few questions:
- The alarms come in with the mib/oid as below
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.9.3.1.1.2.1: 5, tcpConnState: 4, .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.6.1.1.5.70.52.83.157.23.207.61.30.41.61374: 486216, .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.6.1.1.1.70.52.83.157.23.207.61.30.41.61374: 80, .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.
is it possible to get this in a form like : Device name = description so any user who gets this alamrs could understand better.
ex: hostA link fasterthernet 0/11 down

The networks maps has all my devices but is not really represeting the network setup, are there more option or things i should be looking at to make this better?

to have devices show up as Devices names instead of IP addresses, I assume I need to add a host file or an internal Dns to resolve the names?
