I would like to create 7 or 8 templates for different kinds of Change Requests (for different softwares we use in our office) and use different Additional Change Fields in them.

There seems to be a limit of a total of 12 additional fields that can be used throughout the entire Change module. I need more than just 12.

I was planning to deal with this by using the additional fields for lists of possibilities from each of the softwares, then using the Add Options/Remove Options in a Rule to make the remaining items in the list relevant to that particular software, as you can do in a Service Catalog -- but those options aren't there for a Change Template!!!

I also wanted to, depending on what the user selects from a "What Software Is This For?" field, dynamically change the label of another field. For example, if the user selects "Software B", then I would like to change the label of field "ListOfThingsToChange" to "ListOfThingsToChange For Software B".

Is either of these things possible by writing a script for the Field & Form rules?

If anyone has a sample script, or a different/better idea for how to address this....
