We have a number of Dynamic Computer Groups such as Windows Workstations (windows 10/11).

The dynamic group is picking up all the correct machines in that group - brilliant!

But.... When deploying a configuration (software deployment, configuration, browser policy etc.) the policy only applies to the computers in that Dynamic Group at that point in time. They dont appear be constantly evaluated in the configurations. So when we build new laptops, they dont pick up those configurations. The only way to get them to pick up this configuration, is to modify the targets and save. 

Anybody else experience the same issue? Is this by design?

I dont want to have to go through all the configurations regularly to pick up the new build laptops.
