I'm currently working on setting up a project governance framework using SDP for our project managers. My goal is to create a dynamic form within SDP that adjusts the questions displayed based on the project's current stage. This way, project managers can easily respond to specific questions related to each stage, e.g. they're creating a business case so need to write an executive summary, expected benefits, timescale or they're writing a project brief so need to write project objectives, scope in/out, assumptions/constraints, etc.
I'm aiming to streamline the process for project managers by ensuring they have clear guidance on the required documents and tools for each project stage. Since I'm new to SDP, I'm uncertain about the possibilities with functionality. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
