We would like to create a new ticket either via an email or an API call. We have a dynamic check list of items that need to be created when the ticket is created.  For example - when we on board a new doctor there is a list of items that must be performed.

How do we create a new ticket and pass in a dynamic checklist (different for every ticket) as either a set of tasks or a checklist?
