I am building a new software request form. If the software isn't listed in a dropdown list, the requester/technician checks a box that says "the software I want isn't listed".
Box not checked: Only the requester's line manager will be required to approve (this part is not a problem as it will be required for all requests using this template)
Box IS checked: I need a second stage of approval to go to my cyber security team
How can I configure this dynamic approval with SDP Cloud?
