Let's assume we import users from Active Directory and the import is successful. Tomorrow, I add another user to AD. Does HelpDesk automatically dynamically update the users in the HelpDesk software OR do you have to manually add the user in the HelpDesk software, assuming he/she will some day submit a service request?
