I have an issue where a number of approvals are being sent twice. Out of the two that has been sent to the approver, only one can be accessed. 

We receive the following error message within ServiceDeskPlus "Invalid Key : Key could have been changed manually or would have been an old one".

When looking at the java script for both, the keys are different, shown below;

Can anyone shed some light on this?
