Recently we found hundreds of requests that are resolved but not closed automatically.
We had set a rule to auto close resolved requests within 10 days.
After going through in details, we found that these tickets are copy/duplicated tickets.
The copy is done from a resolved requests, and the user/technicians didn't trigger the change of ticket status, therefore the tickets are not triggering the auto close rule.
To prevent this from happening again, is there a way where we can disable the "Duplicate Request" function to users/technician or a way to schedule the auto close function to look back for old resolved requests and close it.
