duplicate tickets


I am running SupportCenter Plus 8.1.0 Build Number 8100.
I've got 3 business units.

This is the issue I have.

An email is sent so it generates a ticket in BU_A. It is moved to BU_B with a new ticket number. A reply is sent and when the customer replies back, it comes to BU_A instead of BU_B.
